Sorry but there are no refunds on tickets or purchases. If you cannot attend the event to pick up items purchased, then you can designate a friend to do so. If you cannot do that, we can issue a voucher good for redeeming your admission and purchases at any of our other Festivals.
If none of the above is possible, email us your 1) unredeemed receipt and 2) postal address AFTER the event. Send these requests to
[email protected]. We'll ship your purchased items to you.
Please work with us amicably to receive your goods by mail. If you file a chargeback unnecessarily, we will win the chargeback because you agreed to the no refund policy when you clicked the box and registered.
This is a rain or shine event. Weather will not be a reason to waive the no refund policy.
